Export Compliance

Why this matters here

Nandan GSE builds aviation ground support equipment, defence vehicle systems and industrial equipment. Some of that equipment, and some of its components and technical documentation, may be controlled for export in one or more jurisdictions.

What we comply with

We manufacture in India and export under Indian foreign trade and export control law, including the SCOMET list where it applies. Where a partner is in Europe, we work with the applicable EU dual-use rules and, for Switzerland, the relevant Swiss goods control legislation.

What we ask of partners

For controlled items we may need end-use and end-user information, and in some cases an end-user certificate, before we can quote or ship. Providing it accurately is a condition of supply.

Partners must not re-export, divert or resell equipment supplied by Nandan in breach of the export controls or sanctions that apply to them.

Sanctions

We do not supply to destinations, entities or end uses prohibited by the sanctions regimes that bind us. We screen counterparties before entering a supply relationship and may decline or stop an order on that basis.
