Who is responsible

This site is published by Nandan Europe, the European representative office of Nandan GSE Pvt. Ltd., Khalapur, Raigad, Maharashtra, India. A Swiss legal entity is in formation and is not yet registered in the Swiss commercial register.

What we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, company, country, email address, the subject you select and anything you write in the message field. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal data.

Our hosting provider records standard server request data, including IP address and browser user agent, for security and operation.

Why we may use it

We use your enquiry to reply to you and to assess whether a manufacturing partnership makes sense. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We send occasional updates about our manufacturing capability only where you have ticked the optional box. That is consent, and you can withdraw it at any time; withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before.

Transfer to India

Nandan GSE manufactures in India, so answering your enquiry means your message is read by colleagues at Nandan GSE Pvt. Ltd. in India. India is outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and has not been the subject of an EU adequacy decision.

The consent checkbox on the form covers this transfer. If you would rather your details stayed in Europe, do not use the form: write to the European office directly and say so.

Who else processes it

Vercel Inc. hosts the site and runs the form endpoint, with functions served from Frankfurt. Resend delivers the enquiry email. Upstash stores a copy of submitted enquiries where that storage is configured.

The works film is served from youtube-nocookie.com, which is operated by Google. It loads when the page loads, so Google receives your IP address on that request even if you never press play.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising technology of any kind, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and, where it leads to a business relationship, for as long as that relationship and the record-keeping around it require. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted once they are clearly closed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and ask for it in a portable form. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
